Can anyone ride the boat from PO to DTD or do you ahve to be staying in that hotel?

So long as you have a form of admission media that includes Disney transportation, or you are a guest staying anywhere on Disney property, you can ride the boat. It%26#39;s just another form of Disney transport, like the buses and monorails.
