Hi, we are coming from Minnesota to Florida for a family vacation. We heard about a casino cruise from Treasure Island, where we are staying for 2 nights. My daughter is 20, NOT 21, and we are wondering if she will be able to go on the cruise with us, and or gamble too???
Gambling
I haven%26#39;t been on gambling cruises here so I really couldn%26#39;t tell you about their rules. Usually gambling establishments are pretty tight and are under watch by the authoritahs every now and then to be certain they aren%26#39;t allowing illegal activities to go on. For all they know, you could be an undercover
But in general I can say that it%26#39;s been my (albeit limited) experience that casinos don%26#39;t seem to care too much if you are under 21 and losing money. But if you win anything, you ain%26#39;t gettin the money if they card you...and possibly the cops called. It%26#39;s one of those deals that works one way.
I know that I%26#39;ve been to a reservation that let 18 yr olds gamble. And I%26#39;m not certain if there is some sort of different rule allowances for being on the water like that or not.
