Recliners

Don%26#39;t know if this is the right place to ask (or if it%26#39;s been done before) but what are people%26#39;s views on passengers who recline their seat immediately the seat belt sign goes off, or for that matter whilst plane is still on the tarmac? I know everyone%26#39;s paid for their seat, and some people have long legs, but it seems to me that I always sit behind a recliner and when you%26#39;ve got 8 -9 hours of it.

Sorry to sound a bit ar**y but it really bugs me.
