Mickeys not so scary Halloween party

Two weeks til we go and I am practically beside myself!!!

Been to all the parks numerous times before but fancy Mickeys halloween party for the kids ( boys aged 5 and 7).Has anyone been ?If so is it worth the extra money and is everything in the Magic Kingdom open?

My wife and I went to Mickey%26#39;s Halloween Party without any kids and still had a great time. They keep open all the major attractions, and because the park has limited admission on those nights, virtually every ride is a complete walk-on (no wait at all). At least, that%26#39;s what we experienced. They have candy for the kids (and adults too), though it%26#39;s pretty cheap stuff. Also, your admission price gets you a free family photo that they mail to you after you get home. I think they also have special Halloween meet-and-greet%26#39;s with the characters.

Well worth it, and that%26#39;s coming from a couple with no kids...

My advise is ';do it';. We took our son who was 7 at the time a couple of years ago and we all had a blast. Like the other poster said most of the rides are a walk on as everyone is so caught-up in the parades and trick-or-treating.

I agree , Don%26#39;t miss it. We went in 03 and I think I was nearly moved to tears by it. I %26#39;m not exaggerating. It was the absolute highlight of our trip. We didn%26#39;t bother dressing up although our eldest dressed as a witch. But practically all the adults had the most fantastic costumes on and it was an amazing spectacle. The kids can trick or treat from the cast members which mine loved doing. I would do it again if we back at Halloween!
