Family of 14. Which is better? Windsor Hills (2) 3 br condos or (1) 6 br villa?

Villas get a nice pool (some with a separate spa)right out the back door. Depending on where the condos are....it may be a walk to get to the clubhouse pool....besides the fact that it may be difficult to get adjoining condos (if that%26#39;s important). I%26#39;d stick w/ the villa.
The townhomes have small splash pools...but again...finding adjoining townhomes may pose a problem.
