Title: Great family vacation at Windsor Hills Resort

We have just returned from a week at the Windsor Hills Resort. We stayed with friends and we had a great family vacation. The resort is new, and there is a lovely big pool with a water slide which the kids loved. There is also a clubhouse with pool tables and table tennis, and even a little movie theater. There is still some construction going on at the resort, but it did not

inconvenience us.

We stayed in a pool home on the lake, so it was really private. We could chill out in the spa while the kids played in the pool - without being being overlooked. There were 5 bedrooms, 2 were masters with king beds which was great for the parents, and the kids had their own twin beds. We found the home on the internet and paid $200 per night which was great value for the 2 families.

We were really close to Disney - so much less hassle than driving in from Highway 27 which we have done before! Some days we even took a midday break fom Disney to have a relaxing swim in our own pool - great! Also there are a lot of

good family restaurants nearby, so dining out was not a problem.

All in all this was one of our best Disney vacations. One to recommend if you want to stay in a %26#39;home away from home%26#39; instead of a hotel.

We stayed at Windsor Hills this summer in a condo and the place was fantastic. I love swimming and the community pool is more than 200 feet long and in the words of my son, ';the water slide is wicked.'; We were able to watch the Disney firework display at night from the balcony of our condo, which was a pleasant surprise. This is the tenth time we have been to Orlando and Windsor Hills is without doubt the best location we have stayed at, being so close to Disney. We will definitely go again. We have also previously stayed on the US27 and were told the villa was 20 minutes from Disney. It took us almost an hour in rush hour traffic, which was not much fun with young children keen to see Mickey.
