Weather report for Dummies!

Hi,

Can any one give me a weather guide for the months of Jan, Feb, March and May in %26#39;Dummies%26#39; terms.....ie: Warm enough for shorts and t-shirt ..... or you need a thermal jacket and snow boots! (Temperatures mean nothing to me)

Many Thanks

PN

Weather report for Dummies!

Hi we went in may this year, seven of us in total including 2 children (6yrs and 4yrs) during the day it was boiling (shorts and vest tops) and we only needed a very light weight jacket/cardigan later in the evening (by later i mean 9pm onwards) as it is still very warm then just feels a bit chillier after having the sun on you all day. I took lots of warmer clothing for the evenings and didnt wear them. And if the worst happens and it does get cooler there are plenty of cheapish shops to buy a sweater from. lol

Are you serious? Weather for dummies?

Try this: go to weatherunderground.com and look for seasonal averages at this link:

Hi ParisNovis,

January and February and March during the day shorts or jeans and night jeans and sweatshirts. In May shorts and t-shirts with a windbreaker or light jacket at night.

Hi PN,

I tend to wear a down jacket and boots when going out and about.

That way you%26#39;re ready to hit the slopes if it snows!

pablo.....tsk tsk

In May weather will be hot and very pleasant - not too humid.

Dont forget US restaurants have the air conditioning on high and you will need a light sweater or jacket to put on. Dont take loads as you will buy clothing in Florida and why wear and old one when you have a new one to wear.

Thats another subject - dont let kids take loads of clothes cos once they get there new stuff - disney or otherwise the stuff you bought with you will be relegated........

Been in January - cold cold cold. Not been in Feb or March

Hmmmmm.... Thanks everyone. Not sure about January any more. Cool is ok. Cold no way! Do enough of that at home!!!
