New resort being built opposite of Sheraton Vistana Villages

Hi guys....

Anyone know the name of the new resort being built opposite the Sheraton Vistana Villages on I-Drive? It looks really nice....but it%26#39;s in the middle of construction. (looked like it had a way to go this past June when we were at the Villages). I remember it had the name on the sign at the entrance....but I can%26#39;t remember it. I%26#39;m curious as I may want to look into staying there next year.....if it is completed.

Actually, Heron Bay is going to be an extension of the Sheraton Vistana Village. They are going to be new condos and the expected completion date is December 31st, 2005.
