we plan to stay at windsor hills in mid July - does anyone have up to date info on the clubhouse and pool situation - we have teenagers in our party and it is important that we have these facilities. Thank you.

There is a recent post in the Kissimmee Forum from a party that was just there (May)...and the pool is not yet completed. I%26#39;d advise you to speak with your contact/renter and demand an answer to this very important issue. Most were offering discount rentals earlier in the year...but they told you up front that the pool/clubhouse would not be available. Now they seem to be crossing their fingers (on your behalf)!! Many sites say ';late Spring';....well here we are...and still not ready. (We instead booked at Windsor Palms for late June as a result).

You may want to rent a villa to yourself, in Windsor Palms. the villas all have their own pools, some with Jacuzzi e.t.c. Good Luck

Right now the pool is open and it looks great with the water slide!

I stopped by 2 weeks ago to check on things (was staying at Windsor Palms)...and it looked ready enough....but sign said ';Pool Closed';. Sundry shop was completely emtpy. Glad to hear the pool and fountains are open. A word of advise to anyone planning on staying here in the future.......BOOK NOW!!! Prices (at least on VillaDirect.com when comparing to Windsor Palms for same type of accomodations) are still discounted because of the ongoing construction. Once the dust settles (in the near future), I%26#39;m sure pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

You wouldnt want to go in the pool at the moment, because of the dust from the building works!!

I wish I knew why people would intentionally give out misleading or incorrect information? I just returned from Windsor Hills, the pool is open, with water slide, and is pristine! There is, and never was, any dust. In fact, there is no construction anywhere remotely near the pool or clubhouse!

While the posts should be dated, the pool was never dusty.
