We will be in Ft. Lauderdale for only one night in November. We would like to find a hotel that both provides dependable airport shuttle service and is on the water taxi route, for around $100 (or a little more). Of course a view, rstaurant, etc. would be great, but we are mostly concerned with the airport shuttle and water taxi. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
One Night StandThe hotel closest to the airport on the water taxi route would be the Embassy Suites on the intercoastal and SE 17th Street Causeway, but the rates are higher than you are looking for.
As an alternative, you may want to look into the Doubletree located on the intercoastal and Sunrise Blvd. near the Galleria Mall and in walking distance to the beach.

One Night StandI might be wrong on this one- but I don%26#39;t think Embassy Suites is on the Water Taxi Route- it%26#39;s at least a block or two away, I think. You might want to visit the water taxi site and see. If Embassy Suites is on their route, there is an Amerisuites Hotel right next door to it that is much less expensive , has an airport shuttle and gets pretty good reviews on this site considering the price. It will depend on which dates in November because if you come around Boat Show dates, you will not be able to get a hotel at any price in the eastern part of town. I am going to check those dates and post them for everyone!
Good news, the Boat show this year is Oc. 27-31, so you%26#39;re safe!
