Getting married in Orlando!!

Hi Kelly1978,

You have choosen a great city to have your wedding! A great way to start off is to pick up the Orlando Wedding Guide, a free monthly local publication filled with tons of helpfull wedding info, if you do not have access to this booklet maybe you can try to find thier website and order it. It is hard to give you all the wedding info you asked for in one single post, I could type pages of info for you and that would take a long while. If you tell me what areas you are interested in having your wedding in Orlando and what kind of wedding you want that will help.

We are getting married in Cypress Grove Lakeside Plantation, we do not have our wedding licence yet, we were told this cannot be done until we are in Florida.

Next on my list to arrange is a wedding cake.

Hi Kelly

I am also getting married at Lakeside Plantation in October. Is there not a cake included in your wedding package? There are various photographers but the majority of them only do a package of 60 photos which was to many for my party as there is only seven of us in total. I have organised transport a 10 seater limo for 3 hours is $195 + 20% tip from MSpencersr@aol.com I have been dealing with a Kelly Spencer very very helpful. When are you getting married?

hi kelly you can get a licence in orlando you need your passport and confirmation of divorce . its on orange .ave ask 4 the town hall

Hi - I%26#39;m getting married three weeks today at Cypress Grove too - I%26#39;m sooo excited!!! We paid a wedding company who are based both in the UK and Orlando to orgainise the whole package all we needed to do was tell them what we wanted - this has been really stress free. They have arranged everything from the limo, cake, video, photographer, flowers and they have also arrange for a lady to come to the hotel to do my hair and makeup. Have you booked this via a wedding company? If so I%26#39;m sure they are able to offer all what you need as part of the deal. Congratulations and best wishes :)

Not sure if you%26#39;d be interested, but you can get married right inside of Disney. If you have a dozen people or less, you can do what they call an %26#39;intimate%26#39; wedding and get the ceremony, officiant, music, cake etc. Or a custom wedding, which gives you millions of options. They also have photo/video/hair/transportation, and a ton of other extras (like characters!).

Then you can do dinner somewhere like the California Grill or do a dessert party right in Epcot in a private viewing area of Illuminations.

i%26#39;am getting married in april 06 at cypress grove.i booked a package which includes, wedding video, photos, flowers, cake, limo, service and reception at the grove.no need to phone around they booked everything for me.

we too have been thinking of getting married at cypress grove, have looked at numerous wedding planner sites and to be honest are more confused than ever. Which companies have you been dealing with? they all seem to be around the same price but its so confusing trying to compare the packages as some offer more photos than others but have to upgrade package to get champagne and cake etc, and all the optional extras! i mean where do you draw the line? we would welcome any advice but would be particularly grateful if someone was willing to give some indepth knowledge and wouldnt mind answering my sure to be silly questions eg is the path to the gazebo uneven..im not very good in heels and the last thing id want to do is fall over its just like me to do something like that, lol
