I am thinking about booking a trip to the Fairfield Majestic Sun for next July. Wondering how this resort is and the conditions of the beach after all the hurricanes? Thanks!
Fairfield Majestic SunI cannot vouch for FMS as I have never stayed there but the overall conditions of our beaches is just fine.
Fairfield Majestic SunBeachbuff - We are starting a beach restoration project in the next few weeks, so I am confident that the beaches will look nothing like they do now.
They will look much better, provided no early year storms head our way.
Beachbuff- I love Fairfield at Majestic Sun. There is a great pool %26amp; children%26#39;s activities. The rooms are very spacious and CLEAN. The studio rooms do not have a view of the beach, so be sure to get a deluxe. MS is just across a 2 lane road but you are very close to the water...closer than many resorts that are directly on the beach.

We have stayed at the Majestic Sun several times and have had a good experience everytime. Great views of the ocean from the balcony and a very nice pool.
We stayed at the Majestic Sun three weeks after Hurricane Dennis. (Fairfield%26#39;s is directly behind the condos) These two properties share amenities (pool/spa/workout facility).
The beaches were fine. The dunes were gone and ';light brown'; sand was trucked in to have beach access. We have a wonderful time.
